Bowls of Pho Made the Way Vallejo Comes Back For

I love vietnamese food. I often travel to vietnam and eat all kinds of vietnamese food there. Pho Huong Viet restaurant's atmosphere is not the best. However, I go vietnamese restaurant for the quality of Pho and shrimp spring roll. The Pho at this restaurant has very thick soup and it has very light flavor of herbal taste. Some people may not like it. But I love it. Their pho's meat and noodle portion is about 50% more than other places and honestly very delicious. To me, quality of food is lot more important than atmosphere of the restaurant. So I am willing to give 5 star.

Classic mom and pop pho shop. Had pho and spring rolls to go. Broth was very good and egg rolls were tight and not too greasy but did not come with lettuce to wrap them in. Prices were fair and quantity was generous. I'm definitely going to go back and do a sit down meal.
